Support Meaningful Communication

Air Canada Jazz is the largest regional air carrier in Canada, operating more flights and flying to more Canadian destinations than any other airline. To support this organization, a redesign of their intranet was needed. It was not responsive and thus did not work on mobile devices and disjointed in that there were multiple resources and functions across numerous locations. 

This project provided a means to redesign the site such that the structure made more logical sense, and that information was much easier to access. The ability to access the intranet across a number of devices, especially with employees traveling through flights as often as they do in the industry, was indispensable. Alerts, messages, and communications across the organization was streamlined and simplified for employees.

My role in this project was acting as a project manager, testing associate, and risk analyst to ensure that the project was success and launched within the time frame required by the client.
